Meeting Guide Dew

I was traveling for work through Bangkok and wanted to see the city over the weekend, so booked a tour through YTG.

This was everything I wanted – a personalized tour with a guide who knew the way around the city along with historical and present-day facts.

I had a wonderful time with Dew who knew all the best places to go and structured the day around what I wanted. Thank you, Dew!

Our family of 4 just returned from a fantastic trip to Bangkok. Our guide Dew did a terrific job managing our ambitious schedule for tours of Bangkok & Ayutthaya.

Dew shared his wealth of knowledge about Thailand’s history throughout the trip, making the experience both educational & entertaining for our 2 teenage kids.

He also used his intimate knowledge of the local streets & markets to our great advantage. We were able to get around the city very quickly & efficiently, which made the most of our limited time. Additionally, he showed us local shops & facets of daily Thai life we’d never be able to experience on our own.

He also took great care to make sure we were comfortable on our drive to Ayutthaya, and ensured all the places we ate at were both safe & enjoyable (always a concern for foreign stomachs & picky teen eaters).

I had my own guide and was able to identify all the things of interest that I wanted to see. I formulated my list and sent it to the company so my guide could map it out to save time.

Dew (my extraordinary guide) was prompt and had a good command of the English language. He had done some preliminary work on my three day tour.

My list was extensive and we were able to accomplish most of it. We took the Sky Train and I was excited. Dew knew how to navigate the local area and the Sky Train. I felt really comfortable and safe traveling with a YTG professional guide.

We were fortunate in that we were able to see so much in such a short amount of time. If you want to really see Bangkok and have a very unique experience please ask for Dew when you use the excellent services of YTG.

We had a few days in Bangkok while on a recent cruise. We arranged for a private tour with YTG, and they were most helpful in suggesting siites to see.

Our tour guide, Dew, was excellent. We took several forms of transportation and saw a lot of the city. Dew was very passionate about the great sites, temples and palace, providing us with much information.

The tour through Chinatown was fascinating. Dew took us through some narrow alleys and busy streets and really did a great job helping us understand how people live here.

We very much enjoyed our tour and heartily recommend YTG and of course, Dew

Although it was all the way back in November, I would just like to say again how much myself and my cousin Ann Marie enjoyed our one day in Bangkok with Dew.

Dew was just absolutely amazing and we saw far more of Bangkok than we ever expected.

The day was not only enjoyable but also very informative and very educational due to Dew’s knowledge and expertise – our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to stay in Bangkok, but hopefully we will have the opportunity to return one day and explore your wonderful city further.

We made a last minute booking (4 days before the tour) and the tour with YTG went well.

Before arriving, the liaison gave a list of attractions for our choice based on our requirements. We did some research based on the list to make the best out of the tour.
Our guide Dew has a gentle and helpful personality. She had been thoughtful throughout the enjoyable trip, feeding us information as a local whenever we inquired.

They did not recommend any shop, hence no commission whatsoever.

Overall a very professional team.

We had a fabulous, informative day with Dew in Bangkok and would highly recommend her.

Dew was already waiting to meet us at the time agreed. We visited the Grand Palace, Wat Arun and China Town. We ate local street food, drank coffee with the locals in China Town, walked through markets and had a ride on a Tuk Tuk. We covered everything on our itinerary and more.

Having Dew as our guide helped us to understand more about the culture, religion and history of Thailand, information that we would not have known if we visited the sites on our own. We also visited some places that we would not have found ourselves, and saw how the locals live.

You Thai Guide has a really good booking process and excellent Customer Services. The replies were prompt, payment methods were easy to follow and I liked the sharing of photos in advance so that we both knew who we were looking for when meeting for the first time.

An amazing time. Dew was very patient and has an amiable jovial personality that made the whole trip enjoyable and almost as if it was a night out with long-time buddies. Guide Dew was also very accommodating and also provided options as and when unexpected changes in the itinerary occurred as the programme progressed.

Recently used ‘Dew’ for 2 days in Bangkok. Had sent an itinerary of sites I wanted to see. Dew was able to coordinate all the sites into 2 efficient, personable, educating days.

Asked to try all types of transport in the city. We rode on almost every type of vehicle with Dew. Ate some of the best Thai food thanks to our own foodie/guide.

Dew has traveled to America and other International countries. Dew has an excellent grasp of English and provided many good stories of her travels.
