YTG provides great private tour services. The customer liaison, Primm, is very quick in responding to the inquiries and provides useful information.
Our tour guide, Jean, did an excellent job on effectively organizing the day. He is very friendly, patient, calm, and knowledgeable. He provided us lots of cultural and historical texts on the attractions we visited which certainly makes the visits more memorable.
The restaurant he took us for a local lunch was great.
His recommendation of traditional Thai message place is perfect with reasonable prices and wonderful services. He is very customer-oriented. He responded to what we need and did not try to sell any thing more or take us to visit any place more.
