We arranged for Natt to be our guide for the first two and a half days in Bangkok, and from the moment she picked us up at the airport, we knew we were in good hands. On that first day, she took us straight into the action with some sightseeing, a peaceful boat ride through the canals, and then on to Chinatown for an amazing local meal.
The next morning, we were up bright and early for a road trip to Kanchanaburi. We visited Elephants World, explored the famous Bridge on the River Kwai, and ended the day with a relaxed dinner. After a night in Kanchanaburi, we were up again to visit the Tiger Temple, a national park, and the war museum before heading back to Bangkok to say goodbye to Natt.
Natt was great company throughout. It was such a treat to travel with someone who speaks conversational English so we could really connect and chat about all sorts of things. She made an effort to find us unique, local places to eat, which we loved. Even her driver got involved, taking us to a spot he knew for some adventurous “bush tucker” food. He was also super friendly, and we shared a few laughs despite the language barrier.
Natt’s knowledge was impressive, and she handled all our curious questions with ease. She often took our camera to snap photos of us, so we came home with great memories captured together. She’s a lovely person running a truly professional business, and I wouldn’t be surprised if next time we visit, she’s fully booked with a team of excellent guides working alongside her.
Thank you, Natt, for your company and professionalism. It really felt like we left Bangkok with a new friend.
