- Your booking is not considered confirmed until payment is received as outlined on your service invoice.
- Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, the client is responsible for the full amount as it appears in the service invoice.
- Booking are for a maximum 8 hours; hourly overtime fees apply unless otherwise stated.
- All bookings are non-refundable, but are transferable to another date, if your guide has availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if your situation changes and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Surcharges may apply in certain circumstances.
- This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
