All deposits taken for bookings are non-refundable, but are transferable to another date, if your guide has availability.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you situation changes and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Your booking is not considered confirmed until your deposit invoice has been paid.
NOTE: Any cancellation less than 30 days in advance, client is responsible for the full amount for both the Guide and Driver fees.
