We booked two tours and airport transfers through Your Thai Guide. The entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.
However, my flight to Bangkok was unexpectedly canceled. As a result, I ended up on a different plane several hours later. I had to reach out to Primm by email multiple times that day to reschedule the pickup. Thankfully, she responded quickly and adjusted everything without a hitch.
When I finally arrived, the driver was already there waiting as agreed. That was a huge relief after a long and stressful journey. Moreover, it set the tone for how reliable and well-organized this company is.

Our guide for both tours was Chris, and she was absolutely wonderful. For the Bangkok city tour, we used public transport—Skytrain, boat, and tuk-tuk. This approach made the day fun and flexible.
Chris had a great sense of timing. She quickly organized entry tickets and knew how to skip long lines. At each stop, she provided as much historical or cultural detail as we wanted. However, she never overwhelmed us with information.
Personalized Ayutthaya Experience
The second tour took us to Ayutthaya with a private driver. Once again, Chris made everything easy and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how she let us set the pace.
If we wanted to linger somewhere, we could. If something didn’t interest us much, we moved on without pressure. Therefore, that balance made the experience feel truly personalized.
Great Food and Family-Friendly Service
She also picked restaurants that were both delicious and reasonably priced. This isn’t always the case on guided tours. Furthermore, Chris was great with my two teenage kids too—engaging, patient, and smart enough to know when they’d had enough sightseeing for the moment.
Her English was excellent, likely because she spent time living abroad. If I had to nitpick, I’d say her photography skills could use a little work. But honestly, just snap a few extra pictures and you’ll be fine.
