We booked two tours and the airport transfers with Your Thai Guide.
My flight to Bangkok had been canceled and I was rebooked on a different plane hours later, so I had to get in touch with Primm per mail several times that day to reorganize the pick up. With a few mails everything was adjusted and upon arrival the driver was waiting as agreed.
Perfect.
So was our tour guide Chris. On the Bangkok tour with public transport she picked a good mix of sky train, boat and tuk-tuks, got us all the entry tickets quickly by bypassing the cues and all the sights we visited were explained in as much detail as we liked.
On our second tour to Ayutthaya we went with her and a driver and it worked the same. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t rush us where we wanted to spend a few more minutes and didn’t make us spend time at things which were not our cup of tea.
On top she picked very nice, good value for money restaurants which is not always a given for tour guides (restaurant head hunting fee). Chris was great with my two teenage kids and felt when it was just enough for them.
Her English language skills were excellent as she spent some time abroad. What could be improved were her photography skills, but just take a few more pictures and this should really not stop you from booking Your Thai Guide and Chris.
I would book her again anytime.
