Natt was an absolute delight from the moment we met. After the long ordeal of the flight, it was a godsend to see her waiting at the airport with a warm welcome and a reassuring smile.
Her communication skills are outstanding.. not just for a Thai speaking English, but by any standard. She speaks clearly, makes eye contact, and genuinely cares about the comfort and well-being of her guests throughout the entire experience.
