I was a solo traveler in Bangkok for 2 days, and I decided to go for a local guide to make things easier. For starters, I would recommend everyone to have a local guide, and you can contact YourThaiGuide as they are very professional and responsive.
Everything went smoothly with them. My guide was Pete. He is very informative and funny. He is a very good teacher as well. Having Pete as my guide helped me understand more about the culture, religion and history of the country.
You shouldn’t miss the canal tour if you would like to see how the locals live. Thank you Pete for your company!
