Terms and Conditions

• Your booking is not considered confirmed until payment is received as outlined on your service invoice.
• All cancellations less than 30 days in advance, the client is responsible for the full amount of all service fees.
• Booking are for a maximum 8 hours; hourly overtime fees apply unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable, but are transferable to another date, if your guide has availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if your situation changes and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Surcharges may apply in certain circumstances.

Privacy Policy

• This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
