Very professional service from first email to last goodbye. Our guide “Swai” met us on time at our hotel. Moreover, we took a few minutes to plan our day together. Then, we headed off to explore Bangkok.
A Teacher’s Expert Knowledge
Swai was incredibly knowledgeable throughout our tour. We later found out he was a teacher, which explained everything. Therefore, every turn revealed more of the city and country’s history to us.
Engaging Even Non-History Buffs
We were fascinated by Swai’s stories and insights. This included two 20-year-olds in our group who weren’t really history buffs. However, Swai made Thai culture and history come alive for everyone.
Adapting to the Heat and Our Needs
As it was a hot day, we continued to make little changes to our route. Furthermore, Swai was flexible with our adjustments throughout the day. Additionally, we ended the day tired but very happy with our experience.
Because of this excellent tour, I couldn’t recommend Swai higher. Moreover, he made our second visit to Bangkok much more enjoyable than the first.
Why We Chose Public Transport
We opted for public transport during the tour. This helped us appreciate the Thai lifestyle that bit more. Yes, a private car would have been more comfortable and cooler. However, we really enjoyed the bus rides and tuk tuks instead.
