We spent only one day with Joke- but would have happily spent the whole week with him by our side! His humor and upbeat personality set us at ease and relaxed us; there was never a stilted or awkward moment. His knowledge is impeccable, he was able to answer all our questions- even the ones I initially felt were too silly to ask.
His passion for his home country is obvious and infectious. In addition, he kept us safe and imparted invaluable advice, giving us his card so we can call any time. Having a guide meant we not only saw some of the real Bangkok away from the tourist (and rip-off) hotspots, but were also able to fit in far more in a day than we every would have managed independently. Booking through the guide company was easy and stress-free, and their communication was good all along.
I would recommend this company, but more specifically Joke wholeheartedly, to anyone who wants to see Bangkok in the company of a true, enthusiastic expert.
